Territory Sales Representatives

This position is responsible for managing and leading all facets of wholesale sales for Superism within a specified Channel(s). The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for helping the company achieve its annual top line sales goals. In addition, the Channel Sales Manager participates in company strategic meetings, provides input from customers on product direction, helps maintain budgeted gross margin goals, manages budgets and coordinates with Marketing to enhance the Superism brand image within the designated channel(s).

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Grow the sales in given territory.
  • An autonomous role responsible for the management and sourcing of new premium customers.
  • Customer visits every day including extended travel. You may be away overnight several nights per week.
  • Cold calling or prospecting new customers.
  • Report to Sales Manager on a daily basis.
  • A valid passport is required as the successful candidate may be required to travel.
  • You will be given the training, tools and support to perform your role. Your attitude will be what enables you to over achieve in this environment.

National Sales Manager

Superism is looking for a National Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximizing sales and brand awareness throughout the country. The individual will work directly with retailers and the outside sales team to service the entire retail base in each respective territory. The National Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing annual sales plans, managing the reps to achieve those plans and maintaining profitability of the company.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Work directly with VP of Sales to develop annual sales plan for all categories across the country.
  • Review monthly/quarterly sales versus territory goals and develop action plans to achieve targets.
  • Manage external rep force. Recruit, develop and retain best sales team.
  • Build on retailer relationships/partnerships to further drive business and executes key sales strategies by product category.
  • Develop seasonal sales incentives and programs for reps and retailers.
  • Create, manage and maintain annual expense plans so as not to exceed stated budgets.
  • Maintain effective and consistent communication regarding sales and staff - including product and market conditions - through written reports, staff meetings, etc.
  • Prepare periodic reports showing sales volume, penetration, potential sales opportunities, and account sell-through.

Superism is offering a specialized position to an individual with strong art and production development skills for various production art applications. The applicant must have a focused knowledge/interest of current trends and movements within the fashion industry

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Work closely with the Art Director and marketing team to develop, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal aesthetic of the brand across multiple creative executions including video, print, social, web, retail, & event.
  • Take direction to design various print marketing materials and web applications.
  • Develop specific graphic assets for the web, events, sales, product design and marketing departments as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other graphic based duties as required.
  • Assists in web design, icon design, creative themes for events.
  • Assist in the quoting and sourcing process for outsourced print marketing materials. Oversee in-house print and large format print execution and production.
  • Deep understanding of digital/social creative.
  • Video editing/motion graphics skills a big plus.
  • Develop creative concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization that advance our brand strategy.

Requirements:

The primary responsibilities of the Media Content Manager are to drive Superism through social media, solicit and respond to editorial product placement opportunities, manage key external partnerships and alliances, and plan and implement events from our office in Huntington Beach, California.

  • Manage social media communities: develop global policies and procedures, and effective brand standards, for Superism’s interaction with targeted communities; develop and track programs that grow communities; balance product and brand presence with communities; develop trade relationships that enhance content; audit Superism global distributor community for alignment and consistent voice.

Superism is looking for an VP of E-commerce who can oversee all day-to-day ecommerce business operations including ecommerce orders & sales, site merchandising & inventory, ecommerce customer service, site content & messaging, site performance & user experience, web development & technical implications, promotions & marketing programs; develops and maintains vendor/partner relationships; collaborates cross-functionally with Partners, Business Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Art Department, and Communications Team to execute successful product, service, and promotional launches.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Develop and execute the overall ecommerce business strategy to sustainable growth including achievement of sales, margin and P&L goals.
  • Build and lead a Global Ecommerce organization with strong cross-functional relationships where needed.
  • Create and execute a vision and plan to deliver an exceptional user experience measured by financial results and key website metrics.

Office Manager & Customer Service

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager & Customer Service rep to work from our office in Huntington Beach, California.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
  • Manage key account operation & logistic responsibilities (department stores, lifestyle boutiques, and national retailers)
  • Manage / impute new orders on Full Circle and BrandBoom
  • Review daily sales reports & ATS inventory
  • Identify key account shipping needs and growth inventory opportunities
  • Lead contact for all matters & help office staff stay focused & motivated, and overcome obstacles
  • Provide correct content – product & web descriptions, uploading photos, videos, creative images, etc.
  • Build and maintain relationships with sales agents and wholesale buyers
